We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal/professional license to:

  • Submit quotation inquiries and download public technical brochures for internal enterprise evaluation;

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property displayed on the Website exclusively belongs to PENTA LASER:
  • Trademarks: PENTA LASER, SWING, BOLT, BULL, WPC, SEA HORSE, THUNEER, SWAN series product marks;

  • Patents: Over 350+ laser equipment patents introduced on the site, core cutting/welding process technical documents;
  • Software: Smart Manager exclusive control system software copyright.
No right, title or interest of any intellectual property is transferred to you through website browsing. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial utilization will constitute IP infringement, and we reserve rights to claim compensation, restrict website access and pursue legal liabilities.

4. Website Content Disclaimer

  1. We strive to keep product parameters, machine specifications, CE certification information and industry solution content accurate, but minor technical parameter updates may not be real-time synchronized on the Website. Final formal quotation drawings and technical contracts shall prevail for actual machine orders;
  2. All industry application cases displayed are reference examples, processing effect varies by material thickness, laser power and factory processing environment;
  3. The Website does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. We may suspend website operation for server maintenance, system upgrade or security repair without prior notice;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
  1. PENTA LASER, its staff, subsidiaries and distributors shall not be liable for any indirect loss, lost profit, production shutdown loss, business interruption damage arising from your use of the Website;
  2. We are not responsible for equipment purchasing decisions made solely based on website display content without offline technical communication and formal contract signing;
  3. We shall not compensate losses caused by your improper operation of crawler tools, virus intrusion, or third-party website link risks.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PENTA LASER from all losses, compensation claims, legal fees, fines arising from your violation of these Terms, intellectual property infringement, illegal website use or false information submission.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute related to website use shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the local people’s court where PENTA LASER headquarters is located.
For users accessing the Website from EU, US and other overseas regions, local mandatory consumer data protection laws shall apply concurrently where conflicting with domestic clauses.

9. General Clauses

  1. Severability: If any single clause of these Terms is ruled invalid by competent authority, the remaining clauses remain fully enforceable;
