WPB 6025 CE Series Laser Tube Cutting Machine

The WPB 6025 CE series laser tube cutting machine is designed for cutting medium-duty tubes. It adopts a customized large mouth and high load-bearing side-hanging chuck, with a maximum load capacity of 270kg. The machine is equipped with a standard semi-automatic/fully automatic loading system. And the loading support is equipped with a large clamping force fixture to ensure the centering of the tube loading. The loading side is supported by a servo-controlled floating supporter, and the unloading side is supported by a servo-controlled flat floating supporter. The bevel cutting function is optional. Complies with CE/UL design standards of Europe and the U.S., fully sealed cutting area, with a triple safety interlock to ensure absolute safety for electromechanical and laser.

Side-mounted Bed Structure

The L-shaped medium-duty bed base is solid, stable, and highly durable, with a maximum load- bearing capacity of up to 270kg.

Drilling & Tapping Function

Equipped with a drilling and tapping function for carbon steel materials, supporting thread from M4 to M10 with stable precision and efficiency.

Bevel Cutting

The bevel cutting function can be optionally configured, enabling precise edge preparation for tube welding and other advanced fabrication requirements.

Short Materials Unloading System

Optional short material conveying platform system. It enables partitioned unloading of long and short materials making the process efficient and time-saving.

Tailing Unloading 

Automatically unload tailings generated after cutting, enabling and uninterrupted loading continuous operations.

Operation Software

■The latest version of Smart Manager is a European-developed CNC software designed for seamless integration with Italian CNC systems. It features an advanced laser cutting database, enabling real-time adjustment of cutting parameters to achieve optimal cutting quality.

■The new algorithm enables faster response.

■The system supports configuration of up to 15 layers of cutting parameters and 25 layers of perforation methods.
